1. CONTACT AND INQUIRY
✧ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, especially if your inquiry is too vague or extremely nitpicky.
✧ It is your responsibility to inform me accordingly and in a well structured manner regarding your commission upon commissioning me. I won't be responsible for any information you forget to add.2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
✧Pricing can change over time.
✧The accepted method is exclusively Paypal.
✧Working progress will only begin after receiving the payment upfront.
✧Payment will be requested through an invoice. Any payment done outside of invoices and without my direct request will be considered tips/donations.
✧PayPal charges a 5.4% commercial fee on top of a $0.30 fixed fee. Fees are not included in the base price and will be added to the total price of your commission.3. REFUND
✧All sales are FINAL once payment has been made.
✧Refunds are only available if for whatever reason I am unable to finish your commission.4. WORKFLOW
4.1 - GENERAL
✧Turnaround time depends on tier but rounds 1-2 weeks, starting from the drawing process and not the first payment. Thus time will vary depending on your waitlist position, please be patient.4.2 - DRAWING
✧Draft of the drawing process will be sent for feedback (sketch only.)4.3 - DELIVERY
✧Customer will receive the commission at full resolution.5. USE OF ARTWORK AND PRIVACY
✧All rights reserved
✧All commissions are made for personal use only.
✧Commercial use without signed agreement is forbidden.
✧Showcase of your commission by me is allowed unless EXPLICITLY requested otherwise when coordinating the commission.
✧Editing in any way (like coloring/finishing a sketch commission/animating a finished piece) is forbidden.AFTERWORD
✧Drawing is my full time job, commissions aren't the only thing I've got to take care of, please understand this. I will get around to it eventually. ♡By commissioning and proceeding with payment, you declare you have read my Terms of Service. Any violation will result in addition to the blacklist.
